who said dancing is easy?

Dancing for Lions Roar was never easy... Getting a bunch of extreeeeemly busy people (well that's what we say about ourselves) together at one time drives you mad... specially when you have to keep on calling them giving reminders to make sure everybody is there on one day one time...

There are certain days some get late to wake up, some are un-reachable, reachable ones don't answer the phones, and the ones who answer the phones bluff....

Selecting the oldest funny songs, making hideous dances and acts & then actually practicing for it is the part i enjoy most... None of us can dance, some of us can act... But all of us try to do both whenever we all finally get together for practices....

Vince Lambordy said "Practice does not make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect" we try to make our practices perfect but end up laughing most of the times and fighting at certain times... Practicing miming is difficult for me... Chamal finds it difficult to jump around with the broom and Prabath always argues about wanting to wear a huge cow boy hat.... and Osa... never remembers the songs he dances to, leave aside remembering the steps... Expressions and chemistry plays a huge role in our dance... For some of us it is the toughest and for some ahem... it comes out just perfectly natural ;)

Our extreemly busy non dancers have loads of commitments even on the day of the dance... Cricket Matches, Basket Ball matches, Cima classes, training programs at office and the list goes on...

God knows at what time we all will get together for Lions Roar 2009... and god knows what we will end up doing... but i'm sure about one thing... whatever the arguments, fights and troubles we had during practicing... we all will miss the crazy practicing sessions big time...
